June 21-26

June 28- July 3
July 5-10
July 12-17

 

Registration deals, fees and payment stuff.

$239 per person early bird special if you register on or before November 30, 2008.

$249 per person if you register on or before January 31, 2009.

After January 31 total registration fees are $259 per person.

A $49 per person deposit is due when you register.

Give us a call and we’ll try to hold some spots while your group pulls together their deposit.

The deposit must be received by the deadlines to secure early bird rates.

Deposits are 100% transferable and refundable until March 31, 2009.

There will be a $15 per person late fee for registrations after March 31, 2009.

The balance of your registration fee is due on May 10th for June camp weeks and June 10th for July camp weeks and cancellations after these due dates will result in 100% loss of total registration fee per person.

Please keep this important deadline in mind so that we can be flexible with the normal changes that happen in every group.
